I think the OP is referring to the cash-back rewards one is supposed to get when shopping through Samsung Wallet. This is different than the Samsung Rewards program.
You are supposed to shop through the links in the app, then when the purchase is complete and the return period has expired, you are supposed to get a percentage back that is then supposed to be uploaded into your cashback account, where you can then transfer it to a pre-paid card or other vehicle for spending or saving. I think they are saying that they've been shopping through the links but not getting the cashback.

@user8BkvMaMoo3 If you do happen to be talking about Samsung Rewards points, you can only get those by purchasing on Samsung.com or through the Samsung Shop app. There is no other way to earn Samsung Rewards points. It has been this way for several years now.
