So my mom who needs to check her blood sugar at night due to medical conditions can Via her phone, but unfortunately it wasn't connecting right and she had to restart her phone and wasn't able to the normal way! THIS IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS cuz what if she was having a medical emergency?
Samsung do better, i have already made a post about what you can for this, but I'll restate it here (it was also for my autistic **bleep**)
- give a sign up sheet for people to know the features ahead of time so they know what is coming
- give a list of how to change things back because of things like this or melt downs or presences!
- allow for beta sign up for people to test (for free) the new updates so people can figure out how to turn it back and mess with settings.
There must be more things we can do but this is what I can think of.
Thankfully she was able to change it back before it became a emergency but imagine how scary that is??

Many people don't like surprised Updates, ai, and many other things in their phones, much less listening in! (If you follow the screen shots you can see its from google, the Ai, and we all know their track record)
Give the people what THEY want. Not what YOU think WE want. take the suggestions here, listen and ask questions.
