Pics in Gallery show up in thumbnail, cloud with checkmark when viewed?

Why do my pictures show up in thumbnails But when I open it or expand it, there is just an image of a cloud

This typically means that the picture has been stored in the cloud. Have you tried pressing the three dots in the right corner (download) or the edit (pencil) icon at the bottom?

I had to download. I guess that happened when I reset the whole phone because of glitches samsung needs to address.

I can view it now. I had to hit 3 dots in the photo to download the Pic.
