My nephew has a S24fe, his screen will not turn off when he raises it to his ear. I cant find the setting to toggle the screen to turn off when raised to your ear. Help would be appreciated.
Thank you, I will try this and get back with the results. If it's on by default then I'm going to try and soft reset as well to see if that resolves the issue.
He has a screen protector on that i think is interfering with the sensor. I tried the solutions in the link and had no luck. He was planning on resetting the device and pulling the screen protector off when the sensor started to work again. I'm going to encourage him to still pull the screen protector off since it wasn't put on very well. So it's a partial success with solutions that I think will help in the future. I'll consider it solved.
