Phone not supporting fast charging

The phone is not supporting super fast or fast charging irrespective of the adapter or cable bei ng used. I have been facing this issue for the pa st 5 days. Right when I charge my phone using a fast charger, it shows super fast charging but i t immediately moves to regular charging a few seconds later.

I've also enabled the fast charging settings and even restarted my phone

At what battery level are you plugging into the charger?  The fast/super fast charging is only meant to give you a power boost when your battery is very low.  It stops fast charging at about 50% and returns to normal charging, so as not to heat up the battery.  If you are plugging it in at 45-50% it likely will not fast charge.

Usually below 20. But no matter what level I charge, it immediately shifts to regular charging and takes way more time than usual. The issue isn't with my adapter as I've tested with other chargers too.

Have you run a diagnostic on your phone? Your battery is aging, so it's possible it cannot handle fast charging now. It's also possible your charging port is bad.  It still charges, though?

Everything's normal in the diagnosis, and yeah the phone's still charging

When you plugged in to test cable charging, did it say it was charging at normal speed?  For awhile now, if you were looking for the charging speed status in the notification area, it would only say charging, but not at what speed like it used to.  I just tested my phone using my super fast charger, and when I got to that diagnostic test, it confirmed superfast charging (I was at 31%).  I think the only way to currently tell at what speed your phone is charging at is to listen to the sound, look at the color when it connects (both are different for normal and fast/superfast charging), as it no longer tells you in the charging notification or on the AOD.

I had the same issue. Buy a usb-c to usb-c 2.0 cable for super fast charging 2.0 if your phone doesn't detect 2.0 fast charging won't be stable has to be usb c 2.0 certified wire they have some generics too.

When I connect the charger it shows super fast for a few seconds but then goes to normal. Even when I ran the diagnosis on the charging, it turned from super fast to normal.( The diagnosis showed super fast right when I connected and immediately changed to normal). I still can see the charging speed on AOD and the lock for a while
