Perplexity pro access was revoked

My access for perplexity pro was revoked under 
I had a perplexity pro subscription under the Samsung Galaxy store offered. I have Samsung S24 ultra and under that subscription I have subscribed for perplexity pro. my subscription was revoked by perplexity though I met all the requirements of being in US and eligible for the offer. Perplexity support needed an additional confirmation from Samsung. Same thing happened to me. They keep saying Im ineligible- yet Im a samsung user. I can give a screenshot of the over because I already downloaded it via the galaxy store. **bleep**!
