One UI 7 in Ghana

Please, why can't I still get One UI 7 on my S24 ultra? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It depends if your carrier released the update and if your phone is unlocked or not.

It's ATT but it is unlocked. Currently using it in Ghana.

Being out of usa might be the delay for update

I would think it would may try wifi there see if works but no guarantee until you return back

Carrier server deal and being out of country so not working as it should

If you still have the AT&T SIM card, install it, connect to WiFi, and check for updates. You can remove it once update is installed. You may be out of luck if the SIM card is not active but try it anway. AT&T and Verizon only push updates to devices that have an active SIM card installed. Make sure you turn phone off before removing/installing the sim card.
