Hello. Everyone that has Pre Ordered a Galaxy S24, S24+ or S24 Ultra, you can post any order or tracking updates here.

This thread is for Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra pre-orders!

Usually, we try to include the following information:

- Date ordered:

- Where did you order from (samsung.com, carrier, retailer, etc.):

- Unlocked or Carrier variant:

- Model, storage capacity, Color:

- Did you trade-In:

- Estimated delivery date:

Then, once it ships, please come back and post an update with the same information above, but the actual stated shipping and delivery dates, and maybe even let us know once it's received.

I ordered my S24 Ultra on the Unpacked event day directly from Samsung. It said Deliver by January 31. They sent me confirmation of order email saying January 31 as deliver by date. When I open the manage my order button, it says Deliver by Feb 14th! I'm beyond upset because I pre ordered my phone to get it before it releases at stores

Mine is delivered to address in Jan 31, but accessories like the case and charger are both delivered in Feb 02. My order was placed in Jan 17 and is not shipped yet at the date of Jan 26.

I pre ordered samsung ultra yeaterday and it says estimated delivery as feb28th , can some one look at this, why its taking a month?

According to Samsung's web site you do NOT have to call for an extension or ship your phone in prior to receiving your new phone:

Negligence or Fraud?:  I purchased the Samsung Care+ for $115.20, the offer shows "Samsung Care+ with Theft and Loss" HOWEVER the invoice only shows "Samsung Care+" which is advertised for $69!  When you read the PDF associated with the $115.20 offer is does not even show the S24 series for the supported tier of coverage (so we have NO idea what the cost is and implicitly the S24 series is not covered) AND under "What is NOT covered" item #3 it explicitly states Loss & Theft ARE NOT COVERED!   I contacted Samsung via chat and they stated that "Theft and Loss" would be covered.  The issue that I have is that the WRITTEN CONTRACT supercedes anything that the support says or what the web site advertises.    Samsung is negligent and deficient in their offer, "Theft and Loss" NEEDS to be in WRITING and the terms need to identify the S24 phones!

Question: Can anyone explain how a crack screen cannot be charged as an ADH?

It looks like the S24 Ultra is in Tier 3, so there is a $149 deductible for theft/loss; $99 Accidental Damage from Handling (ADH) deductible; $29 for a cracked screen.
