Phone seems to be missing a voicemail edit feature?

Voicemail is a carrier feature. If you're looking for a visual voicemail app, it's up to your carrier to provide the feature along with an app.

If there is no visual voicemail, you'll have to go into your voicemail and delete the message the traditional way.

If you are looking for the traditional voicemail - it's where it always is - long press the 1 on your dial pad and you will get to your voicemailbox.  If that does not work, go to your phone dialer, tap on the dot menu, select settings, tap voicemail and it will come up with your voicemail number - dial it.
