No longer receiving voicemail notifications

Hello! I no longer get notifications when someone leaves me a voicemail. I don't have visual voicemail and I have all of the notification setting turned on for voicemail. Any one have any way to fix this? Or anyone else have the same issue?

Have you cleared cache for your phone app? Sometimes a restart will fix things, too.

I just spent 2 hours with the techs trying to figure this out. They had no solution. I'm so frustrated 😠

My mind is blown so many people are having issues with this app and Samsung and Verizon are clueless how to fix it.
