You would need to connect your Phone to a Computer and run Smartswitch on both to see if a Update will be forced to your device. If no update is shown in Smartswitch you would need to contact your Carrier since they are the ones that push the update out or you could try contacting a Certified Repair Center to see if they could load the update for you.
