Make sure check to see if you are using the eSim. This worked for me. But most of all check the box at the bottom that says "use the second Sim if the first one does not work" those aren't the exact words, but I remember seeing something like that. If I would have checked the box I wouldn't have had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with AT&T.

ā¢ Activate Through AT&T (Download eSIM)
ā¢ Transfer SIM from Another Device
ā¢ Scan QR Code
ā¢ Search for eSIMs
If you're still having issues contact your carrier for a walkthrough.
