Galaxy S24Hi,
It's been a week since I updated my Galaxy S24 Ultra, and since then, this high-end phone has been performing worse than my old Galaxy S9.
Here are the issues I'm experiencing:

The navigation bar has completely disappeared, even though all related settings are properly enabled.

I'm unable to add any languages other than English.
-
During phone calls, I can't access any other apps or functions on the device.
Steps I’ve already taken:

Chatted and spoke with Samsung Support at least 10 times
-
Cleared cache
-
Used Safe Mode
-
Shared my screen
-
Reset all settings
-
Restarted the phone multiple times
None of these steps has resolved the issues.
When will Samsung address and fix these problems? This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially from a premium device.

Galaxy S24For language, are you teying to add an extra language in the AI Assist?
Lastly, can you elaborate on how you cant access anything else while on the phone. For instance, do you use button/swipe etc for home screen, back, close?

Galaxy S24Hi Shelliam,
No stupid question. The navigation bar is present at the lower part of the screen, 3 vertical lines, a square in the middle, and an arrow to the left. The vertical three lines help you see all the open apps, and the square brings you to the home page. I do not have that, so when I have an app open and now want to open a web browser to go back and forth, I can not because I have to click back many times to come to the home screen and then open another.
I want to add another language to the system, so I have an option on my keyboard when typing text.
