EDIT (POSSIBLE FIX): I tested booting to Safe Mode and my buttons worked as expected. AND after rebooting normally they appear to be continuing to work! Try [booting to safe mode](https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10003495/) and report back. I did appear to lose a number of widgets from my home screen after doing so but I was able to restore them from my Samsung account backup in the Settings menu, so you may want to make sure you have a recent backup before doing so. Good luck and please report back if this fixed it for you!

Just installed the One UI 7 update on my base S24 (Unlocked US) and my navigation buttons are not working correctly.

The navigation buttons show at the bottom but are largely unresponsive. If I repeatedly tap the Home or Recent Apps buttons they might eventually work once, but sometimes it seems like they flat out refuse all together. Holding the Home button also does not launch Circle to Search.

I use buttons instead of gestures, also use Good Lock NavStar and One Hand Operation+ for side gestures. I tried disabling both of those and no change.

I switched to gesture navigation and that seemed to be working fine, but switching back to buttons and same issue.

I've rebooted several times, wiped cache partition, force stopped and cleared cache on the One UI Home app and several other apps.

I currently have One Hand Operation+ turned back on so I at least have that navigation working but I hate the stock gestures so that's pretty much a no go for me.

Anyone else running into this?

Was having the same problem for awhile and was driving me nuts and couldn't find anything online. Luckily I didn't need my phone much for a few days so I was able to largely ignore it. Then it just started working again about 3 days ago but now my back button either exits, completely refreshes or goes back to beginning in everything instead of just going back one step. Hopefully this safe mode thing works for that. I can handle it not doing anything if I accidentally hit it but accidentally hitting it and starting everything over constantly is going to be a big problem..... like it taking me 3 times to write this.

Tried safe mode reboot, cleared One UI cache, cleared One UI data (don't recommend since it resets your entire layout) and none of them worked.

Do not use tasker or GoodLock.  What finally worked was to turn off accessibility settings for my password keeper.

Hope this helps somebody.

Good to know it's not just AutoInput but other accessibility services causing issues too. Samsung support replied to my original report and stated it would be fixed in the next release. I'll believe it when I see it but keeping my fingers crossed.

3 months and still no fix. Another update today, did nothing to fix this. Samsung is really very poor at taking control of their problems. My next phone is a One Plus.
