Does anyone know how to turn off the notifications regarding how to use NFC every time you turn it on? It continually tells you where to place the phoneIt continually tells you where to place the phone which is fine if you're doing it for the first time.

It shouldn't activate the notification every time you use n f c. It's redundant and annoying!!!

This may or may not work, but you can try it. Go to settings, apps. Enable "show system apps" and search for NFC. Turn off notification pop-up.1752684571823.jpg

I never, ever, ever get/got a notification from NFC.  Even though notifications for this system app cannot be turned off or disabled, mine explicitly states "this app has not sent any notifications".  But, do try what @Mujibar suggested and find the app, turn off sound and vibration and notification popup.

Also, try wiping the phone's cache partition.  Something is confused there.

1. Power off your phone. Hold Power and vol up buttons until Samsung Logo appears

2. Let go of both buttons when you see the Samsung Logo appear on screen. There will be a delay while it enters recovery mode.

3. Use the volume buttons to navigate through recovery menu options and highlight “Wipe Cache Partition.” Press power button to select this option . Confirm by navigating to the yes response and tapping the power button to select.

5. When wiping cache partition is complete, "reboot system now" should be highlighted; press power key to select it . The phone will reboot as normal.
