Hello, I noticed one day that my Samsung S24ult just opened behind, I can't remember it falling down and I'm sure I didn't hit it anywhere, I bought it brand new and I've tucked it into a pouch for a while and decided to get it out and use it bare, only to notice after few months that the back just opened from one side and now I'm scared to try out my swimming shots this summer. Has anyone experienced this before and what might be the reason
