Yeah, Meta/WhatsApp has no interest in receiving feedback or giving help, given that every thing is done by their AI, and the 19 steps you have to take to even reach the email contact form. I am not expecting results.
Edit: Received a response from WhatsApp which was totally devoid of human intervention and completely AI. The end result was the standard troubleshooting methods (which everybody has done) and if those didn't work, wait until the next update. Useless.
