Galaxy S24Then, you can set up a Routine to be triggered by that calendar notification to auto silence your phone. You can set up the routine to trigger from any notification from your calendar app or you can set it to trigger when a notification contains a predetermined keyword such as "Meeting." You can also set the routine to only activate during a specific time frame, such as work hours,
If you do not want your phone to remain on vibrate/silent after the meeting ends, you can set up a separate routine to trigger with your desired condition, such as a specific time frame, or leaving a physical location such as an office.
Hope this helps!

Galaxy S24I would just create a meeting mode that you can turn on/off manually for meetings that are not on your calendar (surprise meetings). Configure the mode to mute all notifications. Point your routine to turn on the mode when the calendar event is triggered. Actually, you can just point the routine toward the pre-configured theater mode. Unfortunately, you will have to manually turn off the mode when you leave the meeting, but that's easily done through the control panel toggle. Unless your meetings predictably and routinely run only 60 minutes, in which case you can set "wait to next action" and set it for 60 minutes to turn off the mode automatically. You can also just forgo the meeting trigger and just run the routine to keep your phone muted during work hours. Many options.

Galaxy S24You use that any time you want a specific period of time to go by before the next action is taken. You can only do it up to 60 minutes, but you can use it more than once. So, if you had 2 hour period of time you wanted to to by before automatically going on to the next task, you would opt for " wait before next action" =60:00 then select it again "wait for next action (2)" - 60 minutes. Then you would select what the next action would be, such as if you wanted the sounds turned back on, you would then choose the next action to sound mode and volume = 100%. One would do it this way since the original trigger is during a specific time period that all calendar events during the specified time period would mute the phone.
One could also make a routine without the time constraint for calendar events with the keyword meeting, as both you and @CEParsons suggested, and then set the time period for the routine to be active to 2 hours. But, we all know most meetings can be unpredictable, so it's just best, IMO, to create a mode and have the routine call up the mode and then turn the mode off manually when the meeting ends. The routine will continue to run and trigger during the specified hours if there are other meetings on the calendar.
Personally, I feel manually turning the mode on or off is the better option, as meetings get rescheduled all the time. One can even set a button action or add a widget, so they can quickly start and end the mode without having to pull down the control panel. There are many ways to accomplish what the OP wants.

Galaxy S24▪︎ "Wait to next action" 60 minutes
▪︎ "Confirm before next action" with the question, 'Unmute sounds?' or 'Turn off do-not-disturb?'
▪︎ Set "Sound mode and volume" to 'sound' (or the do-not-disturb equivalent).
I have not tested this, but I think there would either be a notification or a pop-up prompt waiting for DaUrge57 the next time when they try to open their phone (after an hour).
(P.S. Now that I think about it, you could even leave out the "wait to next action".)

Galaxy S24That sound like it would work, but I'd leave in the timer, you'd want a time period so it's not continually asking you. The bottom line, is there are many options for the OP to mute their phone during meetings, the real issue is the unmute.

Galaxy S24Note that with a trigger based on specific notifications to pop up, there will be no option provided to set an exit action; meaning you will have to remember to turn off mute or do-not-disturb yourself. You could set another routine to undo them, but currently I think the available 'if' conditions are somewhat limited to that end. My first look through found "app opened" and "unlock with fingerprint" (and no; there are no other unlocking conditions). I wonder if the Good Luck app has a feature to add an elapsed timer to the 'if' condition.
