Galaxy S24I hope title is fairly clear: I would be interested in any specific instructions and gotchas concerning migration of accounts, data and apps, from an S21+ phone acquired and fully configured in the US, to an S24U acquired and to be configured in France. The major concern - as stated in the subject - is that I no longer have access to US SIMs, thus no ability to tie the GV accounts to US cell numbers. The GV app with the two accounts configured obviously works in France, as I am only interested in its VoIP functionality, and no ties to cellular numbers, even if I have to decline (actually skip), once in a while, when prompted by the app, configuration for a cell. Once transferring data, apps and accounts to the new S24U I am planning to start with WiFi only, see if I need to sideload a VPN apk, to connect to US, then configure the major playstore account as on the old phone, for one of the US google accounts. Thne configure the second google account, for all apps. The question: how would the GV need to be configured, if to still be functional?
Extra: any gotchas for this type of migration, not only from diff phone models, but also by changing countries, where primary google account and at least one other need to still be tied to US?
