Galaxy S24Then that would be within the Netflix programming, and something to take up with the Netflix developers.

Galaxy S24Again, already done. But this was triggered by the update, and changes relating to their app would have been communicated well in advance of the update. As per the original post, this is about more than just Netflix though as the same behaviour is seen in other apps as well.

Galaxy S24I'm experiencing this same issue. I found this forum through a Google search. I'm just astonished that there's someone here actually trying to convince others that this is a feature and not a bug???
It defeats a crucial (and long existing) use case of PiP if you can't use media in the background app.
I tell you what, you can't play videos to your call partner or Zoom participants while sharing your screen. Is this a "feature" too?

Galaxy S24I'm going to assume no one has a working fix for this yet. (multiple apps don't work with this update. Only ones I know that work are MX player, Prime Video, and some other YouTube apps.
