So have have been researching and trying to find a solution to this issue with no luck.

I have the Link to Windows that I have been using. However, it lists several devices that are no longer in use. I can not find a way to remove these devices. Any suggestions or ideas?

It is the same device list multiple time because of a system restore. On active connection it says "Windows Settings -> Bluetooth & devices -> Mobile devices." That doesn't work on the active connection nor old connections. I have tried signing out than back in.

I have consider doing trying a factory reset on the phone but that is a big project and shouldn't have to be done.

Just close and reopen the Members app and Support will be on the bottom right on your screen. Scroll down to Send feedback and create and submit your issue.

You can try this:  Go to settings/apps/link to Windows Service. Tap on the app, scroll to storage and delete the cache and data.  Deleting the data should delete the old devices (no guarantees, but it should).  You will probably have to log back into your Microsoft account when you reopen the link and add your current device back.

Sorry for the late reply.  Had surprise inspections and a few things we had to change so got busy.

1.  Log in to you online MS account.  It won't work on device or on the computer.  Don't ask me why they doing it this way...  Yes it's not very bright.

2.  Click on devices on the left plane

3.  Tap Manage in the Android & iOS Device Management

4.  Remove devices you don't want.

I believe there are recent changes so newer devices will not be on the list going forward as the S25 Ultra and iPhone 16 Pro isn't on the list, but my iPhone 13 Pro is on the list.

Thanks for looking that up. I have tried that. It does not have anything listed and says not support. See screen shots on page 1.

I did this and there are no devices listed in my Microsoft Account. Strange.

Just to update anyone following this post, I used the "Send Feedback." This is the response I've received so far:

"Thank you for submitted the error report. We apologize for the inconvenience this issue may have caused ou. We have raised this issue to our Developers for further evaluation. We will get back to you as soon as an update becomes available."

That was received on 3/2.

As of today, June 9, 2025, it is still not resolved.
