Galaxy S24So have have been researching and trying to find a solution to this issue with no luck.
I have the Link to Windows that I have been using. However, it lists several devices that are no longer in use. I can not find a way to remove these devices. Any suggestions or ideas?
It is the same device list multiple time because of a system restore. On active connection it says "Windows Settings -> Bluetooth & devices -> Mobile devices." That doesn't work on the active connection nor old connections. I have tried signing out than back in.
I have consider doing trying a factory reset on the phone but that is a big project and shouldn't have to be done.

Galaxy S24I don't know, when I open LtW on my computer and go to the settings/devices, both my devices are listed (even the one I no longer use), however, if I tap the 3 dots next to the device, I have an option to remove it. I don't remember having it there the first time this issue was brought up. So, Microsoft must have included it in one of the Windows updates. LtW is, after all a Microsoft app, and settings related to it are the responsibility of MS, not Samsung. Especially since LtW works with other brands of Android devices. It is not a Samsung exclusive feature. It does come pre-installed on Galaxy phones, but the LtW app can be downloaded from the Play store for devices it does not come installed on, as long as they are running Android 7 or higher.
