Lens cracked on my S24 Ultra

I have a S24 Ultra with At&t and two of my lens are cracked I've called to out a claim in they tell me it's a warnty issue at&t won't lift a finger to help

Unless you bought insurance with att you will need to contact samsung for warranty repair

They is no coverage for cracked lenses, only insurance. No insurance, you have to pay out of pocket.
