Keyboard sound

I have not been able to turn off my keyboard sound trying both methods that I have found by going into general management settings and keyboard settings. any suggestions?

Maybe they want the other system sounds on and just don't want the keyboard sounds.

Go to keyboard touch feedback and disable the sound. Step 1 go to settings step 2 click on general management step 3 scroll down and click on keybord settings step 4 scroll again and click on swipe touch and feedback step 5 click on touch feedback here you will see an option to disable sound

Go to Settings > Sounds and vibration > System sound.

Toggle off Samsung keyboard.

I forgot about that option, mainly because the keyboard settings worked for me.  I actually had to make use of that option the other day, not for the keyboard, but for the lock/unlock sound.  I always had that sound on, but the updated made it untenably loud, even with lowered system sounds. Thanks for the reminder.

You never answered my question as to whether you cleared the phone's cache partition.  If clearing the cache partition does not help and you tried all the other options, you have two other choices:  either factory reset your phone and restore your  backup, and/or put in an error report. https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Send-Feedback/ba-p/3001692
