Horizontal scroll in app drawer

Please tell me there is away to make the apps back to not a scroll down option? This was by far the worst update I've received from Samsung. Not sure what the goal was here but if it was tk make it like IPhone I don't feel like that was a smart move most Samsung user dislike the ios system.  If anyone figures away to move through the apps like UI 6 please let me know.

To change the app drawer back to pages instead of vertical, tap the 3 dots in the app drawer search bar, choose "sort" and then "custom." You'll have to reorganize apps how you want them, for now. Hopefully, they'll allow alphabetical sorting for pages in a future update.

You can tap the dot menu in the search bar and change to custom sort, which will put the horizontal scroll back, however, the apps will not be in alphabetical order, you will have to arrange them yourself.

@AkaneMishuma To switch the App screen back to scrolling to left and right:

1. Swipe up on the home screen
2. Click the 3 dots at the end of the search bar
3. Select Sort
4. Select Custom order

But this doesn't give you the option to alphabetize them. It just puts them in random order. Any way to change that?

Not yet. You'll have to alphabetize them yourself. There will hopefully be an update to enable that at some point.

I recently found out that there is a toggle on Home Up, a Good Lock module, which gives you the option to scroll horizontally while you are in alphabetical sort.

On Good Lock > Home Up > Home Screen > "Use horizontal scroll"

I totally agree and don't get me started on " recently added) sitting above the "favorites". I could care less who I added recently and that list is WRONG. Hoping to find some solution to both because I can't find it.

Tap on each recent contact and they'll go away.

Ha, it just did it on its own. Went there to do what you said and the recently wasn't there. But, now I know what to do if it comes back so thank you.
