I have unlock ultra 24 galaxy and still on 6.1 android and have not got the new update. Need help.

Where did you buy your phone?

Have you changed providers at all?

You will need to go to an authorized service center to have the software flashed on to your phone!

Could also be a sim issue if you bought it from Amazon or some refurbished/renewed seller try use another sim that's active from a friend or family member and try to update that way
