Galaxy S24A Google Weather page opens on my phone once an hour. It will open attachments page regardless of what I'm doing. I don't have any weather apps downloaded on my phone. I haven't downloaded any apps recently either. I've cleared cache/cookies. The only thing I've recently noticed is a message about RCS Chats. I have AT&T. What can I do to prevent this?

Looks like the search tab from the Samsung weather app. The Weather app may be nudging you to confirm your current location by clicking "Add." Alternatively, you should be able to set a location manually if you don't want to share your location with the Weather app.
Side note: If you don't find the weather app useful, or if you prefer a different weather app, you can disable it altogether.
If setting the preferred location does not correct the behavior, or if you have already set your preferred location:
1) Check to see if you have unknowingly set up a routine. Some users have reported routines opening unwanted events, despite never intentionally setting them up.
2) If you are receiving unwanted ads, pop-ups, wakeup, etc. on your device, Samsung's Nice Catch App could help you locate the offending app.
https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.app.goodcatch
Turning on the various categories in Nice catch can help you identify the offending app when unwanted actions occur.
Other steps you can take if the unwanted behavior still cannot be identified:
1) Run diagnostics using the Support tab of the members app.
2) Follow the best practices guide: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/Best-Practices-After-an-Update/ba-p/3200871?src=Shar... in particular, clearing cache to get rid of any junk files.
3) Download and Run the various modules within Samsung's Good Guardians app: https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.android.samsung.utilityapp
Last Resort (Nuclear option):
- Perform a factory reset on the device.
Hope this helps!
