After calling support, visiting a UbreakIfix, doing research and using my knowledge on the device, we cannot get gemini to set a simple alarm. EVERYTHING ELSE works perfect with gemini and other apps. All happend right after the new UI update. Anyone have any ideas?

Unrelated to the update. Had this issue for a few months. I have no solution so far

I use Google Clock, it works just fine.
You can just ask Bixby to set an alarm

So that was huge. Overlooked a simple solution. However I still want **bleep** Gemini to work

Gemini doesn't work that way anymore. I have always used Bixby for device control

So the new update doesn't allow GEMINI to control device apps like clock?

I can't remember what I did to fix this because I had the same issue last fall when I switched to from Google Assistant to Gemini. It may be as simple as downloading Google clock and uninstall or disable Samsung clock. I recently tried the Samsung clock and it worked for timers but I never tried alarms before switching back to Google clock.

For the Google clock you need to get that from Google Play store.
