Gallery Labs not activating

Over the last few days, after going through the activation process, I have been received the message "Gallery Labs will be enable -2." However, nothing happens. Any advise.

You have to keep tapping as the -2 means you've got two more iterations to go through before it loads.

You got to keep clicking for it to load, and then you will see a message that it is enabled.
