Force Dark Mode when Battery = x %? (ie: 25%)?

Right now i have Power Savings on, even at 100%, except for Dark mode and the 'max power savings' mode.

If my battery goes below x%, i would like to turn on Dark mode to really reduce power draw.
Is there a simple way of activating this?

@SlicePi My suggestions are, stay with power saving enabled. During the day it saves more power than Dark mode would. OR, if you really want Dark mode, just turn Dark mode on in and leave it on. 

OR I guess you could create a routine which would send you a notification when the battery level is low and then you could manually enable Dark mode. You can always enable Dark mode quickly from the quick panel.
