I need help restoring the labels to apps in folders on my home page. Ever since One UI 7, they have been gone and it's making finding certain apps that I don't regularly use difficult on home page folders. For example. I was looking for the Reminders app only to not remember what the app icon looks like on One UI 7, and I ended up having to search for it directly in the apps page when normally I would find it on a folder I made for lesser used Android apps on.

Pinch in on a empty area of your homescreen, tap on settings and make sure app labels are turned on. To change or name folders, open one of your folders, folder name will be there on the top line.

I've been tinkering with the settings you showed me, and it doesn't let me toggle it for just folder apps. It's either every app on the home page or no app on the home page.
Unless I'm miss remembering how it was before One UI 7. I gotta check some old screenshots.
