My issue being there is no direct email to file a complaint. And NO in advance to calling them. I've spent over 30 wasted hours on the phone with Samsung. They are rude and nasty and have zero consideration for resolving your issues. I simply cannot handle any more calls with them.
After the recent update fried my brand new phone, it took over a month and at least 20 calls to finally get it back. All the while, I'm paying for a phone I don't have and had to buy a prepaid phone just so I could be reached.
I simply want to send the email and be done.
I've found 1 for the CEO, but I can't imagine they see and respond to each email.
Any advice?

You might as well email the CEO. I'm sure it goes to a team of people. Can't hurt, anyway.
