Contact storage draining battery and causing overheating issue on S24 ultra

 contact storage is draining battery and causing overheating issue everyday. Tried restricting battery, force stop, power saving mode, performance profile light, refresh rate 60fps, FHD display, no dual messenger using. Using dual sim. Still no solution.

Where are you storing your contacts, on the phone, in your Samsung account, or in Google? Contacts storage should not use any battery power at all.

Have you tried optimizing the battery through Device Care? This article provides the steps, as well as additional suggestions to save battery time. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/galaxy-battery/optimization/

Be sure the Personal Data Intelligence app (and all apps) is fully updated. 

Additionally, try clearing the cache partition. To get to recovery mode:
- Turn off phone
- Once off, hold down volume up and power buttons simultaneously
- When Samsung logo appears, release power button BUT KEEP HOLDING VOLUME UP until the recovery menu appears
- Use volume buttons to navigate down to clear cache (NOT CLEAR DATA/ FACTORY RESET)
- Use power button to select.
