Galaxy S24The default snooze is 5min.
How do I change it to 10 min for all alarms I create?

Galaxy S24When you create your alarm, you will see a section called "snooze". Tap on that and you will be able to select from pre-set time intervals or create a custom interval. Then you can also set how many times it can be snoozed. It has been my experience that whatever settings you choose for your first alarm will become the default for all alarms, whether this applies to the snooze settings I cannot say, as I never usually snooze my alarms. You would have to delete all your alarms and add them back to test this theory. It may be as @VerbumVeritum says and you would have to configure the snooze interval for each alarm separately. This makes some sense, as some alarms are more important than others.

Galaxy S24I deleted all the alarms then set one to 10min snooze.
It went off, I snoozed it.
Then I went to create another alarm.
Still 5min advise snooze as default ๐

Galaxy S24So, I guess @VerbumVeritum is correct, you have to set the snooze for each individual alarm separately. Personally, generally I only have one alarm at a time. I usually just set all my features for that alarm, and then just change the time, if I need the alarm set for another time. I do have like 3 alarms configured for the most common times I will use an alarm to make it easy to just turn on or off, but it does not bother me to just change the time before turning the alarm on. But, that's my personal preference. I can't hit snooze anyway since I would be half awake waiting for the alarm to go off again.

Galaxy S24Hm.. I downloaded Google clock immediately after getting my phone and I thought I was using that.
But it's Samsung clock that I've been using. Google clock has the default snooze as 10min.
How do I set Google clock as default clock?

Galaxy S24I set multiple alarms weekly.
I set by future date since the calendar doesn't do alarms. Most of the time I don't hear the calendar beep

Galaxy S24No one is going to stop you from using whichever clock app you want, but you can change your notification sound for calendar events to something you will hear (you can even use the same sound as your alarm). If you normally keep your notification volume low, you can create a routine to raise the notification volume whenever you get a calendar event notification and then lower it back down. You can snooze notifications if you turn "show snooze" button on in notifications/advanced settings. Seems a lot easier than putting events on your calendar and then setting alarms for it. You can use the "Reminders" app for your calendar events and set it to repeat notifications every 10 minutes.

Galaxy S24Low brow solution:
On my Motorola, I set my alarm by pressing on the clock/weather widget and it pulls up Google clock.
So I Put the Google clock app next to the time/weather widget (which pulls up the Samsung clock and I can't get it to default to Google clock) on my s24fe.
So when I need alarm, I press on the Google clock app instead of the widget
