Why I can't insert my bit emojis and emojis inside of a picture like I used to. That's just started happening. 2 days ago, please help

I think you still can. Navigate to the photo you want to edit>click the pen icon>click the smiley face with a pen>stickers

From here you can pick emoji's or your Samsung avatar.
