Can't change my region from China to USA

I've been trying to change my Samsung account region from China to the United States but it's grayed out in the Samsung website profile edit.

Please contact your carrier for assistance regarding this issue. They will probably need to flip a few switches to allow you to access their towers as a domestic user and/or set your phone's region remotely.

It's my Samsung account region, it has nothing to do with the mobile service.
I opened that Samsung account when I was in China so I think that's the reason but I've not lived there for 8yrs and I want to change it to the United States cos I can't use my watch for payment bcos of that

Most account changes can be perform by signing into your account at Samsung.com from a web browser.

I tried that but it's grayed out so tapping it doesn't work. That's the problem, I can't click to change that part. Everywhere else can be changed

Samsung Community is a peer-to-peer forum. It may be necessary to connect Samsung directly.

How about delete account and make a new Samsung account here in the USA.
