Bluetooth stopped connecting to my 2010 Acura TL after Android 16 update

Bluetooth connection worked perfectly prior to update. Now won't connect even after phone reset, remove and re-add phone to car. Ran diagnostic on car Bluetooth module and shows no fault. There seems to be a bug in the software update.

It's possible you have to contact your Acura dealer for a software update.

I have same issue! It's a bug, hopefully they fix that issue soon

I have the same issue, the workaround is to go to your bluetooth connection on your phone for hands-free link and toggle audio streaming. Seems to do the trick, but its a hassle to do that everything you turn on the car.

Have you tried resetting your wi-fi and Bluetooth settings?  You will have to re-pair all your devices and re-enter all your wi-fi networks (you can do this on an as used basis).  You might have deleted the phone from the car, but did you also unpair the car in you BT settings?  You can then try re-pairing the phone to the car once it's removed from both places.  Resetting the network connections gives the whole BT & wi-fi system a refresh and may clear out any incompatibilities caused by the update.

I have the same issue as op and repair did not work. Anybody tried resetting?
