So there was this stuff on my screen for the last month, I thought it was my screen breaking or the anti oil coating failing, but I got bored and started scratching at it, and it all came off.
So if it's this almost blue color in light, you can (probably) just scratch it off, screen still works fine š
I'm thinking you're right, and he or she just scraped off all the anti-reflective coating on the screen. Sorry, I'm pretty sure I'm not gonna try this!
