Apps Disappearing from Recent Apps Screen After One UI 8 Update

After updating my Galaxy S24 Ultra to One UI 8 (Android 16), I've noticed that some apps occasionally disappear from the Recent Apps screen, even though they are still running in the background.

For example, if I open the Amazon app and then exit it, it sometimes doesn't appear in the Recents view, but when I open it again from the home screen, it resumes exactly where I left off.

This happens with multiple apps, not just Amazon. If I go to the app settings and force stop the app, then open it again, it appears normally in the Recents screen - but later, the issue comes back.

So the app stays active in memory, but it's not shown visually in the Recent Apps list.

HERE IS THE FIX: 

This is happening as a result of using modes and routines. If you have a mode or routine that disables apps, this bug causes some sort interaction with recent apps and causes them to be left in state that will hide them from recent apps, even if they have been re enabled. The solution is to restart your phone, and then stop using modes and routines that disable apps until Samsung fixes the bug.

I doubt this is it. In my case it affects apps that aren't disabled by routines as well and in the weekends when I don't have any routines on.

this is such a stupid bug that still appears after TWO or maybe THREE months with no fix whatsoever. if the previous OneUI didn't have this problem, then this is a software bug, not a user error. please Samsung fix this. this is getting annoying.

I dont know what bad word they're telling me to remove so im just removing the list of 7 apps this regularly happens to me with and saying "same here". PLEASE fix this!!!
