Abnormal battery drain

I'm experiencing abnormal battery drain courtesy of "downloads" and.I can't figure out why this is going on.

Anyone have ideas as to potential solutions?

I have no idea, it's just a suggestion. The best way to find out is to try it. It's on f-droid. It works on my flip 7 and 22 ultra.

open camera is better than stock camera app?

Not sure. Most likely not. I use it because I have a wierd bug with my stock camera app (already sent a ticket) The stock camera is most likely going to be your best pick every time but open camera doesn't support the intelligent optimization which is why I'm recommending it to the OP.

Hmmm back to 1st grade reading. (save the comments on setting because I tried all that. Plus I had tech support for most of the trouble shooting)
