icon packs problem

hi everyone , i download icon pack from playstore but when i want to apply it from goodlock it wont work & pop up notification that i have to report to samsung member. 

is there anyone know what to do for this issue ?

Can you share a screen shot of what you're seeing?

You should be able to apply packs by going to Theme Park > Icon > create new > icon pack

yes i did, but i dont know why it wont apply

Are your phone, Good Lock, and Theme Park all up to date?

If so, have you cleared app cache via app settings and device cache via recovery mode?

Have you tried other icon packs? Could it be an issue with the specific one you are using?

Just me but I have galaxy a16 5g and I buy fonts but I have to get them from Samsung Store or sometimes galaxy theme store
