And yet again I have more bloatware stuff on my 23 ultra, and this time it's name is Gemini. 

Not something else that I would use or trust to use. But here it sits lurking in the background waiting on a pre-programmed word to for me to utter and pop up and pretend to want to help, I have had to change the way I use my property. I am no longer free to converse with people around me without fear of something popping up saying I'm here.

You can turn off "Hey Google" and you can also set a different default assistant if Gemini is not your preference.

Complain to Google.  Gemini is part of Android and is a Google product.  You can turn off Gemini.

You can easily remove that junk from your phone. Just uninstall the Gemini app or completely disable it. Your free to do anything you want on your device, it's not holding you prisoner.
