I have a Galaxy S23 Ultra phone. I used to be able to send images & files to any email. Now when I send emails, before I even send it, the image/file shows as a box. I've tried it 2 ways: 1) opening image & sharing and 2) opening my email & attaching the image using the paper clip. They both do the same. I can't recall when this started happening, but it has been a while. I cleared my cache & history but that didn't help.
