Why is My Account for ragincajunscot, opening as 'userUFqOrOdpAi', see below screenshot!?

To me, one of two things is occurring.

1. You're not signed into your Samsung account, in which case ensure that you are.

2. The system has somehow lost the user name that you created for yourself and defaulted to your generic user name. In this case, edit your profile name.
