What is Mobile services manager?

I keep getting random games or apps installed on my phone ever since the update. It says its from Mobile Services Manager. I dont even know what that is. How do I stop it?

@A7X1980 Carriers often push games or apps that they are promoting. Your carrier should provide a way to turn off this activity. 

They are not from Samsung.

Open Settings on your device.

Go to the Apps menu.

Find AT&T Mobile Services Manager.

Open the app settings and click Disable.

Hi!! I got this games and weird chinese websites downloaded on my phone too! It is a hidden popup and when i open it than a game of website will open. It says it comes from the mobile services manager but i cant find it on my phone. How can i delete this??
