Volume up and sim card

I sent my phone in for a screen replacement and noticed that my volume up button, and sim card is no longer recognized. Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Just my opinion if dint know what they did or didn't do but just guessing they didn't assemble everything or failed to fix the issue i would contact them and have them correct it

I contacted them, and they said they'll look at it tomorrow so hopefully they'll fix this issue. I'm mostly concerned about my sim card not reading.

Yes I would also im guess they didn't connect something when putting back together before you take it back again make sure you try it out with som etc
