Is anyone having issues with their voice mail since the last Security update? I get a voice mail notnaorking or something went wrong everyday. Also, I'm with Verizon and have the s23u. I've done all the force stopping, cleared the date, restart the network, etc. And I'm STILL having problems. My boyfriend is also having the same issues on his s24u. What else can I do other than restarting the network?
The voicemail issue is causing frustration for both you and your boyfriend, possibly due to a more widespread issue with Verizon's network. To resolve the problem, check your voicemail settings, update carrier settings, try a different voicemail app, reset network settings, check for Verizon outages, use Visual Voicemail if not already, contact Verizon Support, or consider a factory reset.
If I tap to open. It says voicemail is having a problem and is shutting down (or something along those lines...) I haven't been able to open it in weeks.
The worst part, there's nowhere I can complain or downgrade it because it's part of Samsung system. It doesn't have a specific app that I can try to uninstall or reinstall. At least not that I can find.
I figured mine out. It was because of my VPN. Try disconnecting it. Hopefully your voice mails will pop up. Now, I got to figure out how to have Nordvpn bypass voice mail...
