Update broke my fingerprint scanner

Fingerprint scanner worked perfectly fine last night. Updated over night and now fingerprints will not work. Cannot even add new fingerprints. Pretty livid that this expensive phone can't read fingerprints anymore. Tried all the basic troubleshooting options and nothing. DO NOT INSTALL THE NEW UPDATE

Probably just gonna trade this phone in. Can't access my accounts conviently on this phone anymore.

im having the same issue but after updating it was working fine but then it started glitching and i needed to restart the phone for it to work but now its not even recognizing the fingerprint sensor my phone is a16 4g Egypt Region
