Unable to use Android Audio from my car steering wheel

Is anyone else's Samsung Audio acting up in their car? I can't text or call using my car's steering wheel. I disconnected it and reconnected the Bluetooth and it still didnt work. I have a 2020 Kia Sportage. Any suggestions? I have an S23 Ultra.
