Still no one ui 7 on my S23U

it's been quite some time and others I know have one ui 7, but every time I go to update it says software up to date on one ui 6.1

Connect the phone to a computer and try using Smart Switch to force the update. Details are under the second pulldown on this page:

If that doesn't work, you'll have to contact your carrier.
